Please note there is no parking on Ivy Lane. Please park on Alverton Road or The Pirate Inn pub (please request permission from the proprietor). 

Walk down Ivy Lane, you will see three terraced houses on your left and then a hedge after which is a drive that leads to The Hive. It is a wooden clad building. Walk up to the front door and knock. Once inside, please leave your shoes and worries by the door. Go up the stairs and turn right.
